Recovery Science & Technology (ReST) to Launch Restwise™ on OpenSDH

April 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Restwise is a web-based software application into which athletes enter a dozen easily measured physical and psychological "markers". The proprietary, patent-pending Restwise algorithm then analyzes the markers to generate a Daily Recovery Score™. Armed with this score, coaches can adjust athletes’ training plans to achieve optimal performance and reduce susceptibility to injury and illness.  Restwise is already used by dozens of world champion individuals and teams, and scores of athletes who will compete in the London Olympics.

OpenSDH is a collaborative project between Sports Data Hub, sports data/service providers, sports industry professionals, and top technology companies to create an affordable, secure, and powerful sports analytics platform.
