Infopro to Talk on Collaborative Learning at Learning Tech Conference
The session will address various requirements of collaborative learning and will introduce Gnosis, InfoPro’s online collaborative learning platform.
Learning TECH 2012 is a unique and interactive tutorial based event, focused on improving learning strategies with educational technologies across the corporate world, with a special focus day on K-12 and higher education professionals.
Arun Prakash, Executive Vice President, InfoPro, has been invited to present a session on “Bridging the gap between formal and informal learning: The Gnosis Platform” on April 25, 2012 at 11:15 AM. The session will address various requirements of collaborative learning and will introduce Gnosis, InfoPro’s online collaborative learning platform.
Arun will put a light on the fact that while traditional learning helps establish a sound foundation, it falls short of the learning needs of a professional environment, where much of the learning happens through acquiring knowledge from connoisseurs with years of experience. However, such learning is unstructured and lacks ways to measure the expanse of the knowledge transferred from the experts. In his session, he will showcase how Gnosis has been designed as a holistic collaborative learning platform that bridges the gap between informal and formal learning by providing a structured approach and making it measurable.
