March 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Established as a consumer advocate in Orlando Florida, YouBeAware, LLC has been working for many years to provide multiple do-it-yourself programs and on-line services that allow consumers to save a tremendous amount of money while being able to prepare for disasters, stand up for their rights to protect their greatest assets, such as their home, car, credit, and reputation, as well as ensure they are not a victim of a scam, rip-off, underpayment of an insurance claim, and much more.

David Cutler, Managing Director and Co-Founder of YouBeAware commented, “I wanted to create a way for consumers to protect themselves in every way possible, without having to pay the extra cost of retaining an attorney, hiring an auditing firm, paying a credit repair agency, or another third party to perform a service that an individual consumer, when provided with the right tools, is able to do for themselves. Without the knowledge and tools needed to protect yourself, or the extreme amount of money needed to hire a third party, a lot of consumers sadly become the victim of a scam, rip-off or experience another financial distress that they would have been able to avoid otherwise. I am very happy to have been able to help so many of our members over the last several years with the services provided by our company. We are based in Orlando Florida but have been able to help many individuals, families, and businesses all over the world with our online do-it-yourself programs.”

David Cutler is the original owner of YouBeAware. David Cutler became involved in working with other consumers because of some personal problems he had in his own life. He wanted to inform the general public that it is not always true what you see or hear on TV and read in the newspapers or on the internet. In many cases, the things you read are inaccurate and it is vital for consumers to do their own research as to not be misled. In designing the business plan and model for YouBeAware, David Cutler had a strong desire to share with the general public the knowledge that he received from these past experiences.

David Cutler strongly recommends that “you be aware” of the laws and small print in contracts. For example, as with his own personal past experience, the majority of homeowners faced with losing their home in the housing crisis, is due to the mortgage payment increasing to an extreme amount per month when the Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) matured, causing a balloon payment the homeowner could not afford. Many times this monthly payment is more than the household income. Like many others, he believed that the property would increase in value and he would be able to refinance, but unfortunately the housing crisis made refinancing impossible.  The forensic loan audit is just one of the services provided to the members of YouBeAware to prevent becoming a victim of a scam or experiencing a rip-off due to possible Truth in Lending Act (TILA) violations that may have taken place in their loan.

At times it is necessary for an attorney to step in to motivate the lenders to finalize the necessary corrections, repay the over charges, hand over the deed, or other required recourses for their fraudulent actions. For this reason, YouBeAware established attorney relationships so they are able to utilize their services for their members, when necessary. YouBeAware holds free seminars for the general public to come and learn not only what their rights are as homeowners but also how to protect their rights and their home.

David Cutler and his very enthusiastic Orlando Florida team have enjoyed helping to protect consumers and business owners in many other ways as well. According to David Cutler, “It is vital, especially in this day and age, when corporations are getting greedier and consumers are becoming increasingly desperate to feed their families that we protect our assets and every dollar that is ours.” Another way YouBeAware has been helping consumers is in obtaining a debt that is owed to their members. They have a very unique program that legally motivates a debtor to repay their debt in a quick and efficient way. This prevents a scam or rip-off from taking place on either end of the spectrum. This also goes for credit rehabilitation. There are many circumstances where a consumer misses out on the opportunity of having a good credit rating due to incorrect notations on their credit reports. YouBeAware helps consumers remove the incorrect or outdated marks on their credit reports as well as other actions that can increase their credit score tremendously. There are also thousands of various legal documents and forms that are available for the use of YouBeAware members that have helped consumers with contracts, wills, evictions, and other circumstances that would otherwise require legal assistance.

In addition to all the ways YouBeAware has already and is currently helping consumers all over the world, the founders are very excited about a new audit program that is soon to be launched.  With this new software, their belief is that whether the consumer saves just a few dollars, or hundreds, or even thousands of dollars each month in payments, it will make a significant financial difference in many families around the world. Their unique online audit software has been in design and development for many years and they anticipate it to be operational by the end of the summer and available for their members by the end of the year. The new program will allow the consumer to audit their own individual financial obligations to insure their financial institution has complied with the terms of their contract. This will prevent the consumer from being a victim of any type of scam or rip-off by the lender, whether intentional or not. For example, members will have the ability to audit their auto loans, boat loans, furniture loans, student loans and credit cards to name a few.

Consumers will be able to do their own audits from the comfort of their home, office or even mobile device. What makes this different from any other audit software programs that are sold, is that the consumer will be able in real-time to see any mistakes that the financial institutions have made. Mistakes which cost the consumer $35 or more, over the life of the loan, are known as TILA or Truth in Lending Act violations which are federal violations.

David Cutler says, “Thousands of people are being ripped-off and scammed out of thousands of dollars, if not more, from lending institutions and this new software will stop the banks from taking advantage of consumers, whether intentionally or unintentionally. “With the number of financial institutions constantly promoting loans in today's world, coupled with the number of existing consumer loans, the company feels that this is the perfect time to add their audit software program to their extensive list of programs already helping consumers all over the world.
