Cava Grill at Tysons Corner Center Now Open

March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Washington, DC – Cava Mezze has opened its second location of its popular fast casual offshoot, Cava Mezze Grill, at Tysons Corner Center.

   Drawing from the success of Cava’s modern take on Greek food, Cava Grill brings these authentic flavors to the fast-casual setting, redefining signature dishes for time, health- and budget-conscious customers.

      The location is conveniently situated at the mall entrance from Parking Terrace A (P1).  In close proximity to the Apple store, American Girl, and between Michael Kors and Diesel, Cava Grill provides a quick healthy option not only to mall patrons, but area office workers as well.  “We are excited to join one of the premier shopping destinations in the country.” noted Ted Xenohristos.  “We think our fast, fresh food, coupled with Cava Grill’s modern atmosphere will be a welcomed addition for the shoppers and workers in the area .”
The Tysons Corner Center location includes a large patio for outdoor seating.  

      Grigoropoulos, Xenohristos, Moshovitis, and Schulman plan to continue expanding Cava Grill, opening several outlets in the Washington, D.C., metro area, as appropriate locations become available.  

      The original Cava Grill is located in Bethesda with additional locations in Tenleytown, Columbia Heights, and Merrifield slated to open this year. Cava Mezze Restaurant opened in 2006 in Rockville, expanding later to Capitol Hill and Clarendon, VA, and has been recognized as one of Washington’s best restaurants.
