Techno Brain provides Patient Enrollment & Identification System to Population Health Services India

March 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Techno Brain, a CMMI Level 3 company with operations in Africa, India and USA, announces that it is providing “Patient Enrollment and Identification System” to Population Health Services India (PHSI), a Not for Profit organization.

PHSI was aiming at providing high quality family planning and reproductive healthcare services to the community. And, to meet this requirement, PHSI required a system that would uniquely identify total number of patients availing their services, enable accurate enrollment & identification of its patients and discourage or stop women from seeking repeat abortions. PHSI engaged Techno Brain to provide them with the required solution and help them in meeting their objectives.

Techno Brain proposed the implementation of SecuRegister, a biometric based enrollment and identification system built on automatic fingerprint identification system (AFIS) / IRIS. Techno Brain implemented SecuRegister at various PHSI clinics across India to capture individual biometric features like fingerprints and link them with the patient information for verification.

Techno Brain’s solution helped PHSI to enroll patients with the required demographic information, track how many patients return for abortion services in a span of 2 years, deliver patient enrolment and verification services for mobile units attached to the healthcare centers, track and identify patients availing family planning services at various healthcare centers and function in remote locations with frequent power outages and sporadic network connectivity.
