Big River Comes to Home and Garden Show

Feb. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Big River employees will be attending the 32nd Annual Southeast Missouri Home Builders Association Home and Garden Show, on March 16th, 17th, and 18th at the Show Me Center.

With an excellent turnout at the Farmington Home and Outdoor Expo, Big River is excited, once again, to get the word out about their products and services.  Employees from Big River will meet with and educate people at the show on the Big River Broadband build-out and how it will benefit the community.  Since the Farmington Firehouse transformation into the new Big River Broadband headquarters is almost complete and the Broadband tower build-out is rapidly progressing, Big River employees are excited to share the latest developments within the company and its plan with the community on expansion and sales.

Not only will more jobs be coming to the region, but Big River Broadband will be able to provide broadband service to people in homes, schools, and businesses that have had limited or no broadband.  The build-out is for the seven ¬county region including Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve and Washington counties.  “We are looking forward to the Home and Garden Show and the opportunity to share with the community all of Big River Broadband’s developments.  Along with products and services, we will be showcasing an interactive coverage map that will give the guests the chance to see clear, defined, and customized image of the Broadband coverage area.” said Katelyn Wensink, Director of Retail Operations for Big River Broadband.
