Orange Kenya to partner with Intersec Loyalty Management Suite
Intersec to provide Orange Kenya with its Loyalty Management Suite to improve customer satisfaction levels
Orange Kenya has partnered with Intersec Loyalty Management Suite™ (LMS™) to improve its loyalty programme offering to its customers. Intersec LMS™, an end-to-end solution for predictive churn analysis along with design, launch and monitoring of multiple micro-segmented BTL offers with real-time KPIs reports, provides Orange with an enriched and personalized experience offering to its customers (mobile GSM, mobile broadband and fixed wireless).
With an extensive experience in deploying innovative loyalty management solutions since 2007, Intersec provides Orange with a solution that will help improve customer satisfaction levels, which in the long term will lead to:
- Stimulate top-ups and consumption
- Revive inactive accounts
- Optimize costs
