Vandroff Insurance Increases Staff

Feb. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Jacksonville, FL -- Vandroff Insurance is pleased to announce the addition to its staff.  David Vandroff, president of the agency said “Over the last few months we have increased our staffing in order to provide a better structure and focus on the needs of our clients.  We have added three very strong and capable members to our team, each with a particular focus.”  

Nancy O’Donoghue joined the Vandroff team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.  Nancy has over 18 years of experience in the insurance arena and has her Accredited Claims Adjuster and Certified Workers Compensation Specialist designations.  Ms. Donoghue said “I am so happy to be part of the Vandroff organization and share the core values of the organization - providing outstanding service to clients.”

Lauren Carleton joined Vandroff as a Benefits Support Specialist.  She has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.  Ms. Carleton said “The Vandroff organization is a true team of professionals.  I am so pleased to be part of such a great group of people who really care about the needs of their clients.”

Karin Harms will work as a Benefits Account Manager and joined Vandroff last Fall.  She has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance field, both in home office organizations as well as in agency settings.  Ms. Harms said “The benefits department at Vandroff is really focused on understanding the needs of their clients and then providing innovative solutions.  I am happy to be a member of such a great group of people who really are focused on providing the very best service and products to their clients.”

David Vandroff continued by saying “We wanted to grow our team and we really worked hard to find seasoned professionals who would embrace our philosophy of providing our clients with the very best service and products.  We have been in business since 1898 and our continued growth is because of the great people we have including professionals like Nancy, Lauren and Karin.”
