K. Hovnanian® Homes® Names Jill Weaver as Raleigh Division Sales and Marketing Administrator

Feb. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC – Scott Phillips, K. Hovnanian® Homes® Raleigh Division President, is pleased to announce that Jill Weaver has been named Raleigh Division Sales and Marketing Administrator for K. Hovnanian® Homes®.

Born in Delaware and raised in Gastonia, North Carolina, Jill is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte. She relocated to the Triangle in 1996 and joined the real estate industry in 1998 as a construction coordinator with Fortis Homes. Since that time, Jill has worked in onsite sales and marketing positions to further her career. She has earned the National Association of Home Builders’ designation of Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) and she has been a recipient of the coveted MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Marketing Professional of the Year.

Jill is an active member of the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council (TSMC), an organization of the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake and Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. As a TSMC member, Jill serves on the MAME Committee and the Special Events Committee. She is also a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®; the NC Association of Realtors®; and the National Association of Realtors®. Jill serves as Broker in Charge at K. Hovnanian® Homes®.
