Line dancing gives participants all the joys of dancing without the need for a partner.  It helps people maintain a healthy weight, good muscle tone, and youthful balance and coordination, while providing a good low impact cardio workout with no special equipment or clothing needed to get started. Professional instruction is now available online for the first time, helping people learn at their pace in the convenience of their home.

About the featured choreographer
Julia Ann Kennedy's dancing career began with tap and ballet classes at the age of four. After high school, she began teaching dance and found line dancing as a young adult. She inherited a class about a year after beginning to line dance. Now, as a "line dance beach bum" in South Carolina, she teaches five classes a week from bars to senior centers. She enjoys her ability to keep people smiling and keep seniors moving! Her choreography has won international acclaim and she instructs at several regional line and swing dance conferences each year. Julia Ann believes, "If you're not dancing, you're wasting your feet!"
