New Executive Director Announced at MITY, Inc

OREM, Utah - Aug. 18, 2025 - PRLog -- MITY, Inc, the owner of MityLite, Bertolini, Broda, and Holsag by MityLite, announced that Melissa Loader has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Sales Operations & Customer Success. With over 10 years of experience at MITY, Inc, Melissa Loader is known throughout the organization for accomplishing complex projects and producing measurable results.

In Loader's past role as Executive Director of Product Marketing and Development, she successfully launched key product lines including the Meadowbrook, Imara Nesting Tables, Novva, Vista, Triumph, Square and Waterfall Front Classic Banquet Chairs, Conference Leg Tables, and the Traversa Transport Wheelchair.

Under Melissa Loader's direction over the past few years, the company implemented a cross-functional Stage Gate process that has brought efficiency and clarity across the organization. Loader and her team also developed a cross-branded product roadmap for Holsag, MityLite, Bertolini, and Broda, ensuring alignment and a shared vision across brands.
