JBW response to MOJ complaint, Tuesday 17 January 2012

Reference to a complaint against the MOJ in 2009, comment from JBW CEO Jamie Waller
By: Mark Holding

Jan. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Jamie Waller, CEO of JBW commented: “This complaint dates back to 2009, when we considered raising a grievance against the MOJ.  The response from the MOJ was that the public procurement regulations did not apply.  We sought clarification from the courts, the response to which we received today stating that the procurement of bailiff services do not fall within the public service contract regulations. On receipt of this information we decided not to continue with our complaint.

He continued; our relationship with the MOJ has remained strong during this time of clarification and we are pleased with the professional manner in which we were treated and able to conclude our original concerns.”
