UHY Advisors Taps Christopher Bean as Senior Manager in Management Consulting Group

Jan. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- UHY Advisors GA Inc. today announced the appointment of Christopher Bean as Senior Manager in the firm’s Management Consulting group with a focus on the firm’s Enterprise Optimization practice.  Bean will be based in the Atlanta office, serving UHY clients nationwide.  He brings more than 17 years of exceptional experience in management and professional consulting in the technology, manufacturing and performance improvement industries.  He reports to UHY Advisors’ Managing Director in the southeast, Frank Fenello.

Bean’s professional skills include:
•   Extensive experience in various process improvement methodologies, supply chain operations, facility planning, ERP systems and inventory management.
•   He led marketing operations and client services for an award-winning global performance improvement firm named one of Forbes' “500 Largest Privately Held Companies,” where he leveraged the Value Stream Analysis (VSA) methodology to improve business and IT processes, systems and founded a Program Management Office and BA Center of Excellence.

Before joining UHY Advisors, Bean was a Principal with Daugherty Business Solutions.  He also served as a Vice President at Datatrac Corporation and Executive Director, Client Services, and Director of Loyalty Marketing Operations for Maritz Inc.  Prior to entering Corporate America, Bean served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army, holding both combat and logistics commands over a 14-year military career.

Bean is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management in Professionals (CSCMP).  He received a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his Executive MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.  He has been active in the Joint Service Academy alumni boards and served as a board member for the Olin School of Business.
