Cambridge, MA Condominium Prices, Sales Rise November 2011

Feb. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of condominiums in Cambridge, Massachusetts increased in November 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC (http://www.buyersbrokersonly.com), an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of condominiums increased 1.0 percent in November 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $4,000.  Condo sales in Cambridge, MA rose 8.9 percent in November 2011, a difference of four sales compared to the previous year.

Single-family homes sales in Cambridge, MA dropped 7.1 percent in November 2011, a difference of only one sale compared to November 2010. The median price of single-family homes fell 19 percent, a difference of $154,000 compared to November 2010.

Multi-family home sales in Cambridge, MA rose 40 percent in November 2011, a difference of two sales compared to November 2010. The median price of multi-family homes fell 6.7 percent, a difference of $50,000 compared to November 2010.
