Curtis Studio of Dance presents its 15th annual performance of the Nutcracker in Carpinteria, Ca.

Dec. 13, 2011 - PRLog -- With great pleasure, Curtis Studio of Dance presents its 15th annual performance of the Nutcracker in Carpinteria, Ca on Dec 16, 2011 @ 7:00 p.m. & Dec 17, 2011 @ 1:00 p.m..  Dancers from age 3 to professional perform this wonderful holiday classic in festive costumes to the beautiful music of Tchaikovsky.  Guest artist, Chelsea Cambron, will be performing the Sugar Plum Fairy.  Refreshments and raffle will benefit the Curtis Studio of Dance Competition Corps.  

We are very excited about our Nutcracker performance this year. The dancers have been enjoying the rehearsals and so have we! There will be new choreography and a special new dance addition. Tickets for the performance are on sale NOW at the shoppe.

This Nutcracker is going to be one of the best…new costumes and a wonderful guest artist as well as 65 of our students that have worked hard and rehearsed well. Please support this production and enjoy this holiday tradition!

Established in Carpinteria, Ca in 1973 Curtis Studio of Dance is dedicated to the preservation of the performing arts. All teachers at the school have been trained in the classical methods of ballet and have enjoyed successful performance careers.
