Today Web 2 Market announces the availability of 3-D Secure / Payer Authentication for AbleCommerce.  Using the Visa Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs, merchants can reduce transaction fees, lower chargebacks and prevent fraud by up to 70%.
