However, only 35% are utilizing it as a records management tool.

One of the most common issues organizations grapple within SharePoint is whether to use its native records management functionality or seek an alternative add-on solution. With over 55% of respondents currently using or planning to use add-on systems, the industry is still planning to rely on specialized records management software.
