Oh Baby! Baby! Baby! Bieber Is a Dad?

Nov. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Justin Bieber is saying 'No baby, baby,' as rumors fly about him having allegedly fathered a love child with a fan.

Mariah Yeater, 20, claims that she and Bieber, 17, had sex in a bathroom after a show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on October 25, 2010 where he allegedly got her pregnant. She is now suing the pop star with a paternity suit, wanting child support for their three-month old son, named Tristyn.

Yeater claims that she was approached by one of Bieber's security guards after the concert and asked if she wanted to go backstage and meet the teen sensation. She alleges, “Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and began to kiss.” It was then, the fan claims, that Bieber asked to find a private place for them to go where he propositioned her with sex. She claims the singer refused to use protection because it was his first time having sex. After she realized she was pregnant she says she tried to get in touch with Bieber via his representatives, but she received no response.

   “On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber,” Yeater claims in the suit. “Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”

Yeater is trying to get Bieber to take a paternity test to prove that he is the father of the baby boy and should have to pay child support.

Bieber is brushing the rumors off as just that, rumors. He tweeted**, “So I'm going to ignore the rumors…and focus on what is real…Judge me on the music! Love ya'll!”

Bieber's representatives are not taking such a lax approach to the situation.

In a statement Bieber's reps said, “While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

There is one thing that complicates matters even more for the singer and fan, the age difference between the two when the alleged incident occurred. At the time Bieber was only 16 years old, while Yeater was 19. The legal age of consent for sex in California is 18 so this can muddy-up the case with accusations of statutory rape as well.

All of this is taking place only one day after the teen idol dropped his new Christmas album, “Under the Mistletoe.”
