Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- Professional Assistance, Inc. with collaborative community efforts and support of Tulane University’s Levy-Rosenblum Institute for Entrepreneurship will host the first ever “THINK BIG!” Youth Entrepreneurs Networking Event at the A.B. Freeman Business School, New Orleans, LA on December 21, 2011. The event will begin at 5:30p and will end at 8:30p. The purpose of the event is to inspire and encourage youth to create their "dream job" through entrepreneurship.  More importantly the goal is to have youth come away with further encouragement to embrace their purpose with robust tenacity which will create meaningful and substantial outcomes in their life.
Throughout the experience, the youth will learn from a seasoned panel of Youth Entrepreneurs who will make themselves available to provide insight and answer questions on how they achieved their goal to become an entrepreneur at such an early age. Young entrepreneurs will receive information from a range of non- governmental organizations, private-sector initiatives, educational institutions and government agencies, leaving not only with a life-changing experience but materials to provide continued guidance to achieving their entrepreneurial goals post leaving the event. New Orleans Dress for Success organization has agreed to provide appointments for the youth to come to the agency and pick out proper attire to enhance their business wardrobe while they are seeking future business opportunities. Christopher Cooper, Youth Speaker and Entrepreneur, will provide his best-selling “Achieve Your Dreams” books to guide them on keys to success. Antonio Smith, Financial Strategist and Entrepreneur, will provide his book “The Sellionaire: Don’t give up before you make it to the top" in addition to other materials that will be made available.
There is no cost associated with the youth event the only requirement is that the youth are dressed in business attire, have business cards with their name, and come with their “A” game (winning) personalities.
“Young people are often not aware of entrepreneurship as a possible career option” states G. Jackson, Think Big! Event Coordinator. “Providing examples of other young entrepreneurs who have overcome challenges are powerful teachers and will provide great encouragement at the event for the youth while they are finding ways to accomplish their entrepreneurial goals on their pathway to success.” added Ms. Jackson
Much needed time, energy and enthusiasm has been dedicated to ensure the youth have a most memorable experience: Added support from the community organizations and business leaders providing internship opportunities for the youth would be a welcomed addition to making this an extraordinary occasion.
Organizations or companies interested in being a part of this event are asked to contact G. Jackson, Think Big! Event coordinator at 888.400.9899 or via email at info@professional-assistance.net.
