Jim Mulligan of Snell & Wilmer Joins Metro State Foundation Board of Directors

Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- Jim Mulligan, partner at Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest full-service business law firms in the western United States, has joined the Metropolitan State College of Denver’s Foundation Board of Directors to serve a three-year term.

It serves a unique, diverse and essential community in Colorado, and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute in my small way to its continued success.”

Mulligan's practice focuses on single- and mixed-use real estate developments, public/private partnerships, government relations, affordable housing and sustainable community governance. He has been appointed special deputy attorney general representing the Colorado Division of Housing in finance transactions. In March 2011, he was named one of Law Week Colorado’s 10 Lawyers of the Decade. Mulligan graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in English. He has served on boards of numerous nonprofit organizations, including the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, the Aurora Economic Development Council, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, Inc.
