Boston Tech Recruiter CareerEncore Launches Paid Refer a Friend Program

Boston high-tech industry recruiter is launching its Refer A Friend program, providing rewards to those who help their friends find their next great job through CareerEncore.
Sept. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Today, Greater Boston area high-tech recruiter, CareerEncore, Inc. launched a paid “Refer a Friend” program to encourage people to help connect talented individuals with job opportunities. For each successful referral, CareerEncore will mail the referring party a $500 bonus check.

Anyone can refer an appropriate candidate to CareerEncore by entering the web address (URL) of the candidate’s LinkedIn profile on the form found on CareerEncore’s website at If CareerEncore places a referred candidate in a job, and the candidate remains in the job for at least three months, CareerEncore will issue a $500 referral bonus check to the referring party.

“Many people already refer their friends to CareerEncore,” explained Courtney Homer, President and Principal Recruiter at CareerEncore. “For them, the ‘Refer a Friend’ program will be an unexpected perk. For others, it might be that extra push that convinces someone to refer their friend to CareerEncore, connecting a person—who otherwise might have slipped by—with their ideal job.”

To prevent abuse of its “Refer a Friend” program, CareerEncore asks that people refer no more than one candidate per day and refer serious candidates only.
