Eight Lennar Models to Be Featured in Raleigh-Wake County Parade of Homes

Sept. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Lennar has eight model homes featured in this year’s Wake County Parade of Homes, one of the nation’s largest judged Parade of Homes featuring more than 200 locations this fall.   Homes along this free, self-guided tour, presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, will be open from noon to 5 p.m. on Oct. 1-2, Oct. 7-9, and Oct. 14-16.

Whether looking to purchase a new home or for decorating tips, those attending the 48th annual Parade of Homes will be able to feast their eyes on architecturally designed exteriors and elegantly appointed interiors at the following Lennar neighborhoods:  12 Oaks in Holly Springs; Bella Casa, Ellington Place and The Park at WestLake in Apex; Terrington Estates in Cary; and the builder’s newest community, Inside Wade, located by the RBC Center minutes from downtown Raleigh.

All entries in the Parade of Homes will be judged based on workmanship, floor plans and curb appeal, with winners announced at an awards gala on Tuesday, Oct. 11.  Lennar has participated in the area’s Parade of Homes for nearly a decade, and only two other area builders have as many homes on the parade as Lennar.
