Lennar Promotes Patti Dunn to Area Sales Manager and Adds Two New Home Consultants

ATLANTA - April 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Lennar, a leading homebuilder in the Atlanta market, is pleased to announce a promotion and welcome two new additions to their team. The company promoted Patti Dunn to area sales manager and hired Debbie Jones and Patsy Pete as new home consultants.  Dunn is responsible for sales management of new home communities throughout the entire Atlanta market, and Jones and Pete will help with Lennar’s continued growth in the metro Atlanta area.

Dunn joined the Lennar team in 2012 having previously worked for other prominent Atlanta-area companies that include Ashton Woods Homes, SONARconnects, Kolter Homes, Power Realty and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods.  Dunn’s vast experience in the real estate industry and dedication to customer service will provide a great benefit to Atlanta homebuyers in her new position as area sales manager.

Jones comes to Lennar with more than 10 years of real estate experience.  She has worked with a number of homebuilders including Jim Chapman Communities and Centex Homes.  Jones will work onsite at Lennar’s Deerfield Green in Milton, which offers brownstone-style townhomes and incredible amenities starting in the high $200s.

Pete will work onsite at Harrison Park, Lennar’s community featuring homes from the mid $300s on Mathis Airport Road near Peachtree Parkway.  She has worked in real estate since 1998, including stints with Pulte Homes, Winmark Homes and LGI Homes before joining Lennar.
