Stuart O’Neal Presents at PLDF’s 2011 Annual Conference on Long-Term Care Claims Review

Sept. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Stuart T. O’Neal, Shareholder in McCumber Daniels’ Philadelphia area office, presented ‘Nursing Home/LTC/ALF Claims Review’ to attendees of the Professional Liability Defense Federation’s (PLDF) 2011 Annual Conference.  

Mr. O’Neal’s presentation focused on nursing home documentation pitfalls that serve as an eventual basis for plaintiff’s lawsuit.  Additionally, Mr. O’Neal discussed the recent attempts of plaintiffs’ firms to extend corporate liability to nursing homes and their management companies.
