Online, owned by Jeff and Dana Cheney, is one of two businesses they own that will utilize Obenberger’s expertise. They also own The Cheney Group-Keller Williams, a leading local real estate company with over $100 million in residential sales. Obenberger will assist The Cheney Group with marketing and community relations.
New to Frisco-Online.com, Obenberger is not new to marketing in the local community. Her experience encompasses an extensive 23-year background in the Marketing and Communications Industry, with business, marketing and community relations experience. In her new role, Obenberger will identify residential, consumer and business needs and will maintain Frisco-Online.com as the premier online resource for Frisco and the surrounding communities, with innovative programs.
Obenberger and her husband, Karl, have raised three children who have graduated from the F.I.S.D. school system. She has volunteered in schools, in a range of areas, including the Booster Club Secretary for the Frisco High School Wrestling Team. As a Leadership Frisco Class Member, Obenberger helped raise over $50,000 for the Frisco Family Services Center. Obenberger is exceptionally civic minded; from volunteering with community initiatives, like Be Fit Frisco to involvement with local politics.
