Linium Optimize (www.linium.com), HP Elite partner and HP's 2011 ITSM Implementation Partner of the Year, welcomes Mr. John Ribeiro as Principal Solution Architect. Mr. Ribeiro will be supporting Linium’s Optimize business as a pre-sales solution architect by helping clients better understand the benefits of Linium
Optimize, as well as those tool sets supported and implemented by Linium. He will have a particular focus in supporting clients interested in managing the corporate PMO by way of HP's Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool as well as Service Manager, Asset Manager, ITFM, and HPs new Executive Scorecard. His background at both HP and Accenture make him uniquely qualified to help Linium Optimize clients realize the potential value of a HP PPM investment.

Prior to joining Linium, Mr. Ribeiro covered ITSM pre-sales for at HP and was a PMO Manager for various fortune 100 clients while a Manager at Accenture. His experience includes a wide array of PPM products, legacy Mercury IT Governance Solutions, helping numerous corporate clients successfully implement PPM after the pre-sales process, participation in HP 8.0 design feedback sessions with R&D, as well as serving on PPM Product advisory boards. He has provided initial expertise on multiple cross HP product solution engagements that were successfully delivered to clients and was repeatedly named solutions architect of the quarter. He has also held project management and lead technical positions at Panasonic, Konica Minolta, Toshiba, and Ricoh. He holds a BS in Business Administration and Computer information Systems from Baruch College in New York and is an ITIL v3 certified professional.
