KB Racking installed on Massachusetts’ largest solar rooftop system

Sept. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Advanced Green Technologies Inc. (AGT), one of North America’s leading solar EPC firms, has just announced the procurement of KB Racking’s AeroRack for its 1.3 MW solar photovoltaic system. The system will be installed in Worcester on two large industrial buildings, and once completed, will become the largest single rooftop system in the state of Massachusetts.

Since its introduction into the North American market in April 2011, KB Racking’s German-engineered design has taken the commercial rooftop racking market by storm, with projects in California, Canada, Colorado, New Jersey, and now Massachusetts.

The system is expected to be completed end of 2011 and will use KB Racking’s AeroRack 100: a lightweight ballast-free, non-penetrating flat roof mounting system for large photovoltaic arrays. The intuitive quick click system is designed to reduce installation costs through speed and ease of assembly. The result: AeroRack has been installed on over 31 Megawatts of rooftop installations worldwide.
