| PlanPlus Introducing 24x7 Help Desk for Users GloballyPlanPlus Inc. is introducing 24x7 English language help desk support for customers. Support in French, Chinese and some additional European languages will remain linked to specific time zones.

Additional support staff with financial services background are being hired and trained at this time. “We are thrilled to be working with Zoltan for our European activities”, said Brayman. “We believe that financial planning support cannot be outsourced so having PlanPlus personnel was critical. Someone with Zoltan’s professional expertise about planning and the emerging MiFID requirements in specific is perfect. The fact he speaks five languages fluently is an obvious bonus.” “The European market is still driven by product sales and there has only been small interest in financial planning”, said Zoltan Luttenberger. “Now that the new European planning regulations are in place, advisors and firms are being forced to start transitioning their practices into an advice first model. PlanPlus was the only software that could adapt to the varying planning requirements and languages for each country, as they demonstrated when they started working with us here in Hungary. The increasing demand for the software makes a European office for software support, training, and workshops crucial”. PlanPlus is also expanding their presence in Kuala Lumpur with a new office and additional support staff. “The new office will open on October 17” said Tang Wee Hen, VP South East Asia for PlanPlus. “More and more Asian and Middle Eastern advisors are using the software, so it is extremely important that we are able to provide support, testing and training services for these customers. As well, we will be able to provide some levels of off-hours support for the many PlanPlus users in North America.” PlanPlus has introduced a new virtual help desk chat facility which is being released to customers starting this week.
