Joe Hill founder of Aeir Biologic ( http://www.facebook.com/aeirbiologic )  is the embodiment of the American Entrepreneurial Spirit. His family has definitely been knocked down over the years; but has chosen to get back up. This unassuming leader is doing whatever takes to succeed for his family, himself and potentially thousands of others.

On the Road in Hampton Roads sat down recently to interview, to hear how he is taking his passion to help children with special needs and creating at the same time a biotech business. This uplifting YouTube style interview is peppered throughout with solid advice and “lessons learned” for the entrepreneur who just “..goes and does it, no matter what.”

It seems that a day doesn’t go by that you don’t hear something about the “Government should do this or the Government should do that.” Whatever happened to the entrepreneurial spirit that made America great?
