By: TransActive Education & Advocacy LINCOLN CITY, OR: In partnership with the Iris Pride Festival, TransActive Education & Advocacy and PFLAG Central Coast present "Of Trucks and Tiaras: Supporting Trans and Gender Non-conforming Children and Youth in Your Community" Sunday, September 18 from 2:30-4:30pm at the Historic Anchor Inn in Lincoln City (4417 SW Hwy 101). The two hour workshop will cover tools and tips for how to best support gender non-conforming youth aged 4 to 18 - kids who may identify as transgender, gay, or lesbian, but also supporting any youth bullied for "not acting like a lady" or "being a sissy".
