BioPoint and Julabo announce UK collaboration.

Aug. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Cambridge, UK -  BioPoint today announced that it had entered into an agreement to represent one of Europe's leading temperature control and recirculation companies.

In commenting on the new agreement BioPoint's Sales and Marketing Director Gerry Skews said, "Julabo has built an enviable reputation over the last 44 years for precision engineered products and in the modern laboratory, quality and reliability are still very important and that's exactly what the new F250 and the well proven FL300 bring".

The F250 is a cooling and recirculation system with impecable environmental credentials; with a working temperature range from 5 to 40 degrees, the temperature controller can hold a gel running system at constant temperature + or - 0,5 degrees at a flow rate of 15 litres / minute. This is ideally suited to a wide range of both Hoefer and Scie-Plas electrophoresis systems.

BioPoint will also be offering the more powerful FL300 unit for sale where multple gel tanks are used or higher cooling capacity is needed.  The Julabo FL300 can cool down to -20 degrees and maintain a 1.5 l/min flow rate.

Both units are supplied as free standing "below the bench" units on casters. A clear advantage is the easy clean and low maintence design as well as the use of front venting which makes it possible to have multiple units adjacent to each other.
