Hoefer Introduces Variable Intensity UV Transilluminator

The MacroVue UV-25 Variable Intensity Transilluminator can be adjusted from 0 to 9,000 micro Watts / cm2 covering a larger range of preparativeand analytical applications.            
The six, 8Watt 302nm lamps ensure uniform illumination of the entire 21 X 26 cm viewing area. A hinged, clear UV safety cover minimises personnel exposure to UV from the lamps. Optional shortwave 8 Watt 254nm are also available to change illumination from 302 to 254 nm to irradiate samples.

The MacroVue UV-25 is compact and lightweight yet robust and made to endure years of laboratory use.

The MacroVue Variable Transilluminator comes equipped with a universal power supply, large viewing area 21 X 26 cm, and hinged cover clear, UV safety shield and makes a great addition to any molecular biology or biochemistry laboratory.
