Eisenhower and aliens, the presence of UFOs on the moon at the time of the Apollo 11 landing in July 1969 and the ongoing alien program of creating a race of hybrids with humans on our planet.

He is concerned about psychological (and sometimes physical) harm done to abduction victims by the slander and ridicule of others believing alien encounters are hallucinations or fraud. “They’re victimized twice and only a small portion will come forward with their stories for fear of contempt or loss of employment,”
