Hunterdon Computer Club to Host Free Social Media Seminar

Aug. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Flemington, NJ  -- The Hunterdon Computer Club will be hosting a free seminar on social media on September 17th at 9:00 AM at the Hunterdon Medical Center auditorium in Flemington, NJ.  Social media consultant David Deutsch will be speaking on the many uses, opportunities and risks associated with using social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus.  Anyone interested in learning how social media can improve their business, organization or life is invited to attend.

“I am thrilled that the Hunterdon Computer Club asked me to discuss social media with their group,” Deutsch said.  “The Club has helped members of this community understand computer technology for more than two decades, providing an excellent forum to discuss many issues around social media.  Best of all, attendance is free and open to anyone.”

This free event will cover the following topics:
- How to use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus
- How social media impacts your world
- Security and privacy concerns

Deutsch will also be available for a Q&A following the talk.

The Hunterdon Computer Club is a non-profit organization and is open to all levels of computer users.
