Nikki SooHoo on The Jimmy Star Show - Stick It and The Lovely Bones Actress to Guest August 10 2011

Aug. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Nikki SooHoo will be a featured guest on The Jimmy Star Show live radio show hosted by King of Cool, Jimmy Star along with his Cool Crowd of cohosts to discuss her upcoming projects, acting career, and all things art and entertainment. Nikki SooHoo is an American film and television actress and dancer hailing from Southern California. She is perhaps best known for her performances as "Wei Wei" in the gymnastics oriented film Stick It, as "Christina" in the cheerleading film Bring It On: Fight to the Finish, and as "Holly" in The Lovely Bones. She was recently named one of the Top 25 Under 25 Young Asian American Influencers in Mochi Magazine.

Nikki began acting at age 14 with her role as a sexually abused abducted pre-teen in the world of child trafficking in the short film, Fields of Mudan which won the Grand Marshall Award and many others. She quickly earned many roles on Disney and Nickelodeon television shows such as Phil of the Future, The Suite Life of Zac and Cody and Drake & Josh.  Nikki went to the prestigious charter school, Orange County High School of the Arts, and specialized in commercial dance. She continued on with her college education at UCLA where she became a World Arts and Cultures major with an emphasis in dance. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and has has since gone on to portray a wide range of comedic and dramatic characters in film and television, using her vast knowledge of dance in many of her physically demanding roles.

Nikki SooHoo has acted alongside notables such as Stanley Tucci, Rachel Weisz, Mark Whalberg, Susan Sarandon, Jeff Bridges, Missy Peregrym, Saoirse Ronan, Christina Milian, and Rachele Brooke Smith. Most recently Nikki appeared on the No Ordinary Family television series. She will be appearing as "Natasha" in the feature film Music High with Cassie Scerbo (Make It or Break It) which is currently in post-production.
