Seeking Multiple Help Desk Positions

July 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Linium Staffing announces its search for Multiple Entry Level Help Desk Specialists Linium has been retained by our client, a State Agency located in Albany, NY to recruit Multiple Entry Level Help Desk Specialists! This opportunity is a one year contract position paying $15-20/hour based on experience. Candidates for these roles must be open to working all shifts!
In order to be considered for this role you MUST:
1.   Possess an Associate’s Degree or higher in Computer or Information Science OR at least one (1) year of satisfactory work experience in an IT Help Desk/User Support environment.

Desirables for the role: (Candidates who meet the most desirable requirements will be considered FIRST- be sure to detail on resume or cover letter!)
1.   Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer or Information Science
2.   Demonstrated Help Desk Certification/Training
3.   Demonstrated Customer Service Certification/Training
4.   Demonstrated experience with Service-Now.com software or relevant tool
5.   Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
6.   Demonstrated experience in incident management including facilitating tickets and following up with resolvers through problem resolution
7.   Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
8.   Relevant Technical Certifications including hardware (A+), Microsoft (MCP or MCDST), and Cisco (CCENT or CCNA)
9.   Demonstrated ability to work independently.
