•   2+ years experience in an onsite Desktop Support role, supporting Windows XP & 7, MS Office, RAS/VPN, general hardware/software support
•   A+ Certified

Desired criteria:
•   Lotus Notes support
•   Experience supporting executives
•   Blackberry support
