URL to Participate at the IJIS Institute's, "Technology Projects From Soup to Nuts" Session Panel

The panel titled, “Technology Projects from Soup to Nuts” will give attendees a behind the scenes look at what it takes to implement comprehensive integration projects – from governance and planning to standards-based architecture development to exchange implementation and vendor management.

URL’s own Rick McCoy (http://www.urlintegration.com/?page_id=899), Chief Operating Officer, will share the platform with industry technologists Leon Frederick, Acting CJIS Director and CIO of the Iowa Department of Public Safety and Joe Regis, Director of Information Technology for the Lake County Circuit Clerk’s Office in Illinois. The session will be moderated by IJIS’s own Steve Ambrosini (http://www.ijis.org/bios/ambrosini.html), Director of Operations.

This panel is unique in that each member has been an active participant in implementing successful and comprehensive integration projects. They will each share their own views of the challenges they faced throughout the processes and how they were able to overcome them, including dealing with partnering agencies, elected and appointed officials, and various vendors.

The IJIS Institute 2011 Summer Industry Briefing will be held July 29-30, 2011 at the Hyatt on the Hudson in Jersey City, New Jersey. Conference attendees will include a select group of executives, key decision makers, and software developers from the public and private federal, state, and local information technology communities.
