FinnFest Business Forums to Showcase Cleantech and ICT Industry Experts

July 20, 2011 - PRLog -- FinnFest 2011 presents the first-ever FinnFest Business Forums to provide a platform for engaging discussions and facilitating partnerships between Finnish and American companies, researchers and industry experts. The Business Forums offer a unique opportunity for networking and partnering through interactive discussions with industry experts and cutting-edge technology leaders.

Held at the Town & Country Resort Hotel during the 28th annual FinnFest Conference and Festival, August 10-14, the Business Forums will span two days and focus on the Cleantech and Information, Communication and Technology sectors, respectively.

Cleantech Business Forum
Thursday, August 11 – 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Cleantech Business Forum will showcase Cleantech innovations from Finland and the United States, bringing together key participants from the public and private sectors, as well as from the academic and research communities. This informative event will feature networking, keynote speakers and a high-level interactive panel discussion covering three key focus areas: bio fuels, smart grid and water.

Information, Communication and Technology Forum
Friday, August 12 – 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) Forum will showcase cutting-edge technology with the leading and innovative Rovio, creator of the Angry Birds mobile application. The forum will also feature speakers and panel discussions about mobile life, the Cloud, digital entertainment and more.
