Phoenixx Systems Expands with Two New Hires and Announces Human Resources Consultation

July 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Phoenixx Systems, which provides advanced strategic IT consulting and staffing services, has announced today that it has expanded both strategically and professionally.  Phoenixx Systems adds Human Resources Consultation to its list of agency services and has hired two new employees to manage the company’s expansion.
   
“Phoenixx Systems has penetrated the marketplace in the staffing and IT consulting space, but this year, we’d like to expand by the addition of Human Resources services.  With talented personnel such as Ted (Pauling) and Martin (Evans), our goals to better assist our clients and their needs will become more palatable with greater resources and service offerings,” comments CEO Sheldon Winston.

Led by Ted Pauling, the Human Resources Consultation of Phoenixx Systems will consist of: Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Training and Professional Development, Compensation Studies, Employee Surveys and Workforce Studies, Transition Services, Background and Reference Checks, and Cultural Diversity in the Workplace

Pauling Details:
-   Pauling graduated from Pfeiffer University with a Masters in Leadership & Organizational Change and Saint Augustine’s College with a BS in Chemistry (Honors).  He has also obtained Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Diversity Strategy and attended Duke University’s Corporate Education Program: Leadership for the Future.

-   An active member of the business community, Pauling is a 7-year Board Member with the National Association of African-Americans in HR (NAAAHR), Member, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Member, Triangle Society for Human Resource Management (TSHRM) amongst others.

-   A native of Charlotte, Pauling resides in Knightdale with his wife and son.  

With over 15 years in the telecommunications industry, Martin Evans has professional experience in various roles such as Senior Sales and Recruitment, National Account Executive, and Business Development Management for organizations such as Sprint, Staples, and Weatherby Healthcare. For Phoenixx Systems, Evans will be responsible for managing client operations and sales initiatives.

Evans Details:
-   Evans graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a BS in Business Administration. While at Wesleyan, Evans played on the Soccer team.

-   Evans enjoys watching his favorite teams: USA Soccer teams, Pittsburgh Steelers, Carolina Panthers, Carolina Hurricanes, and all NCSU teams.  Most of all, he enjoys spending time with my family, friends, and brothers and sisters in Christ.

-   A native of Fayetteville, Evans and his wife Amy have two children, a girl and boy.
