July 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Saudi Innovation, Diversification & Investment (SIDI) Forum & Exhibition 2012 is taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 25-28 March 2012. The event will focus on ‘industry led job creation’, the role of the private sector and the incentives and opportunities being implemented by the Government and stakeholders.

The Forum and Exhibition is fully supported by HH Dr Turki Al Saud, Vice President for Research Institutes at KACST, as well as Ahmed Abdulkarim, CEO of the Cadre Economic City who is responsible for the manpower development that will form the backbone of the multibillion dollar Economic City developments at the heart of the Kingdom’s economic strategy.

Saudi Aramco is also playing a key role both in the ‘Entrepreneurship 101’ Workshop and within the forum main agenda which will directly promote partnerships and cluster development.

Sabic’s former EVP for Technology and Innovation, Dr Abdulrahman Al-Ubaid will add his formidable knowledge and experience to the agenda as the CEO Managing Director of SADIG (Saudi Arabian Development and Innovation Group) -  his experience nurturing technology and innovation for the commercial sector will directly benefit young Saudi’s.
