Forrest Gump said “Life is like a box of chocolates you never know what your gonna get” even though Forrest Gump wasn’t portrayed as a scholar in the movie, he made quite a prolific statement in real life.   The universe is very complex, and constantly changes, so included in that theory, I would say the economy falls into the same category, now in a not so perfect world you have the Bernie Madoff’s  who ruin allot of people financial future because of his greed. I wouldn’t bet against the fact that his victim’s credit hasn’t been affected in a negative way.  As an example lets say one of his clients couldn’t pay their credit card bills because of Bernie, well it gets reported to all three credit bureaus, as not being paid. This complicated situation sounds fairly simple, but the credit bureaus really do the best job they can, but there system is so black and white, and not as flexible as it should be, especially in this current economic climate.  I believe in the system of check and balances, however the credit companies’ way of doing business is a bit draconian in these days.  I believe that consumers should pay their bills, especially for goods or services rendered, and the systems of checking ones credit history is very civilized, but how do decipher weather or not the bill hasn’t been paid purposely because of neglect or because of the Bernie’s of the world.
