Wockhardt Hospitals announces the date of MASCON 2011

June 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Come 3rd July 2011, the city of Rajkot will witness the inflow of doctors & surgeons. Wockhardt Hospitals in collaboration with ‘Association of Surgeons of Rajkot’ is organising a single day conference on ‘Complications of Laparoscopic Surgery’.

Christened MASCON 2011, this conference will see recognised surgeons share their experience on the various complications in laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Rajan Jagad (Consultant-Gastrointestinal and Laparoscopic Surgeon) is spearheading the event in the position of ‘Organizing Secratary-MASCON-2011’. Laparoscopic surgeries is the latest phenomena in improving patient experience and outcomes, and this conference serves as the vehicle for bringing the sharpest minds of the country together for sharing their experiences.

The pre-lunch session of the conference will witness renowned Surgeons sharing their experiences on the ‘Complications of Laparoscopic Surgery’ with focus on Biliary Surgeries, Hernia Repair, Upper GI Surgeries, Colorectal Surgeries, Oncosurgeries, Appendectomy & Adhesiolysis. In the post-lunch session, Dr. Mihir Patel (International Faculty – Gasterenterology & Practising Gasterenterology – Florida) and Dr. Vipulroy Rathod (Gastrointestinal and Laparoscopic surgeon  – Mumbai) will take the chair for the panel discussions on Management of CBD Stones & Management of Inguinal Hernia. Following the panel discussions will be the Video Presentation session.
