Stephanie Gaither-Harris Joins Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty

June 15, 2011 - PRLog -- DURHAM, NC – Prudential York Simpson Underwood (YSU) Realty is pleased to announce that Stephanie Gaither-Harris has joined the team at 921 Morreene Road in Durham as a General Brokerage Agent.  

Raised in Cleveland, North Carolina, Stephanie has been a Triangle resident for the past 31 years. She served as a Durham Police Officer for 12 years after graduating from North Carolina Central University. In 2001 Stephanie embarked full-time into her real estate career, where she has received numerous awards and accolades for her outstanding sales performance, from Associate of the Year since 2006 to Company-Wide Sales Associate of the Year and International President’s Circle. She has obtained the professional designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Quality Service Certification (QSC®) to expand her knowledge and enhance her client interactions.

Stephanie is an active member of the Durham Regional Association of Realtors® (DRAR), where she has served on the Board of Directors and the Grievance Committee. She currently serves on the Durham County Board of Equalization and Review with Durham County Government. Stephanie is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, and the North Carolina Retired Peace Officers Association. On a personal note, Stephanie is a member of Orange Grove Baptist Church, the Durham Chapter of the National Epicureans, and the Burlington and Eno Beach Shag Clubs.
