Norango Teams Up With Comms One For A Different Kind Of Partnership

After being recommended to Comms One from a variety of sources for its ‘excellent customer service’ and its ‘different way of doing business’, Norango decided to find out what all the fuss was about, and test the water for itself.  After all, don’t all businesses claim these traits?

Norango began with a trial earlier this year, which involved using Comms One for a proportion of its calls alongside its current telephony provider.  Its suite of services, were not dissimilar to its current carrier, so the trial would enable Norango to make an apples to apples comparison during this period.   “It was like a breath of fresh air” said Mike Relf, Managing Director of Norango, “their whole approach to doing business was so vastly different to any telecoms company I have ever worked with.  We had a dedicated Account Manager to see us through the process, they were incredibly knowledgeable about responsive and the results showed they were more competitively positioned than the incumbent carrier.”

When faced with its recent office relocation, Norango decided to make Comms One its sole carrier, a handover process which most telecoms businesses dread, due to business continuity, threat of downtime, missed calls, and misplaced numbers etc.  Mr Relf commented, “The handover was seamless.  Comms One took over the whole process and organisation of the transition, and it was business as usual within a few days.  Our office move was somewhat last minute, and it was only due to Comms One’s strong relationship with BT that they were able to have an ISDN line installed for us within three days, versus the five weeks typical lead time.”

Now several months into the relationship, Norango can now offer a range of services to its customers, using Comms One as its carrier of choice.  This ranges from phone lines, to competitive calling packages and broadband to name just a few.  Norango describes its relationship with Comms One as a ‘true partnership’, whereby they are committed to helping each other’s businesses flourish.
