May 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Bed bugs are a community insect that travel from person-to-person.  They come from places you have been.  If you go to a friends house and they have bed bugs, you can bring them home.  If you go to a hotel and they have bed bugs, you can bring them home.  If you live in an apartment and the neighbor has bed bugs, they can crawl under the wall and move in.
