Most back pain are due to soft tissue injury or back muscles strain. Weak and overly tight supporting muscles may cause to suffer paiful spasim and injuries. The resulting poor posture can aggrevate the pain.

May 10, 2011 - PRLog -- The daily activities are not adequate exercisees for the entire body's muscles including cardio vascular. Most people think because they are on their feet all dayat work, they are also involved in heavy lifting, and are busy constsntly, they have done enough exercise for their bodies.

On the contrary, Repetitveb motions at work, moving around without a healthy BMI turn many people to years of regrets for personal and phsical abuse leading to life time  injuries.

The US Department of health and human services, a federal government  with many istitute with primary components supports research on pain and pain mechanisims. The NIH within the DHHS is the leading institute on reseaerch about disorder of the brain and nervous system.

The National Institute of health conduct studies on low back pain that has lasted more than 6 month.

Most back pain are due to soft tissue injury or back muscles strain. Weak and overly tight supporting muscles may cause to suffer paiful spasim and injuries. The resulting poor posture can aggrevate the pain. Back muscles tend weken with age unless they are exercises.  A regulae Back exercise. A regular back exercise routine helps maintain strong muscles and reduce back pain.

Series of stretching,and strengthenin exercises

Pelvic tilt,  pelvic lift, Backward benders, Abdominal contraction, Straight leg raises, Tail wagging, and cat and camel.

The last two may not sound familiar to you, I'll cover them.


--Tail wagging: Kneel on a mat and assume the"all fours" position. keep your head in a neutral position by looking down at the floor. Keeping your shoulders still, move your right hip toward your right shoulder as far as you can. Slowly return to starting position. Then move your left hip towards your left shoulder as far as you can.


--Cat and camel: Kneel down on the floor. Assume"all fours" position. Keep your head straight so that the gaze of your eyes is toward the floor. Slowly let your trunk sag therby arching the back. Then round your back up the wast as far as you can by contracting your lower abdominal muscles as your lower the toop of your head toward the floor. All the above motions shouldbe initiated from your lower back.
