May 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Just recently there has been a new publication released by Thomas Madison. If you don't recognize the name, that really isn't a surprise because he purposefully steps out of the lime light and rather focuses on discovering fat loss techniques.

He is very much a scientist at work and is always carrying out experimentation on willing pupils. In his recent article, he has narrowed down the main factors that are essential to losing belly fat fast.

He has not gone into full detail in this one article, but he has rather given the key points to losing weight. He remarks that soon he will go into further details on each one of these factors but he stresses the importance of understanding the full plan before going into details.

These are the main factors that he presents: Water, Calorie Deficit, Eating Habits and of course exercise.
