Consulting Alliance Announces June Luncheon Meeting

April 28, 2011 - PRLog -- The Consulting Alliance will hold a lunch meeting on Friday, June 10, 2011 from 11:30 A.M. to 2 P.M. at Wolferts Roost Country Club, 120 Van Rensselaer Blvd., Menands, NY. The cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. The program "Hyper-Local Social Media: The Next Frontier" features Jeff Goronkin and Susan Storey Bardack of iZoca.com. Goronkin will discuss how today's technology allows the targeting of news to local communities. He will tell the story of iZoca.com, the first hyper-local social media website; explain its relevance in hyper-local media; and discuss how businesses, not-for-profits and community organizations benefit when people get information relevant to where they live. Bardack will moderate an online discussion and will incorporate into the Q&A session questions that are asked on iZoca.com.

Jeff Goronkin, a serial entrepreneur, is the founder and CEO iZoca.com, the pioneer hyper-local social networking website for groups and communities.  Goronkin is also a founder and partner with the firm Buzz Media Solutions where he advises entrepreneurs and business leaders in the areas of strategic planning, angel and VC fundraising and develops public relations and marketing initiatives.

Susan Storey Bardack, a partner with Buzz Media Solutions, has more than 15 years of experience in the field of communications. In her current role, she provides to clients in a variety of industries business solutions and top-level marketing expertise. Bardack is also chief marketing officer for iZoca.com.
