April 1, 2011 - PRLog -- The Good Well Giving Group is an organization that allows entertainers, corporations and not for profit organizations alike to determine their individual passion and create a strategy, which aligns that passion with the right initiatives to execute one-of-a-kind projects. The founder of the organization, Madeline Nelson Small, is on a mission to do all she can, while she can, as best she can.  This includes recognizing community individuals and organizations that likewise support philanthropic efforts within the community.

On March 14, 2011, ten individuals from different parts of the world were nominated by others to receive this prestigous community award.  Among them was none other than Social Diary Daily's CEO and Founder, Melissa Russell.  Nominated by a friend and colleague, Mrs. Russell was recently able to review all the votes and comments from friends, family and people within the communities in which she has left an impression.

Friends and family are encourged to vote for their nominee of choice and the top three individuals with the highest votes, will be flown to NYC in hopes of being recognized as the 2011 Real Action Hero.  Mrs. Russell commented on the nomination saying, "I love what I do and it's such a typical saying, but I'll say it anyway, I don't do what I do for recognition, I do it simply because I care.  The Social Diary Daily brand that I created is an investment in people.  We invest in their health, their careers, their future, their children, their success and their problems.  The payoffs for this investment are solutions not dividends.  Solutions to people's problems, health issues, children issues, education issues.  For me it's all about doing what needs to be done to get it done. Action speaks louder than words, I'll say that until the day I die."

Russell, received numerous votes which include wonderful comments about the CEO's community work.  She is named a teacher, a mentor, a counselor and a friend. Currently Mrs. Russell says she is preparing for two new projects, BASICS, a summer program for children ages 4-8, helping them keep the BASICS of life in front of them and PAPER DOLLS, which is a 6-week program for girls age 13-18 that helps them to be discovered by first discovering themselves.  Both projects are not for profit and Russell have already received positive feedback and support from families and friends who are readily enlisting their kids to participate.
